Pilot Medicinal Plant Walk

Join a guided nature walk led by naturopathic doctor, Dr. Elleanor Smith that combines movement, education, and time outdoors. This pilot event introduces Dr. Smith’s Hike Club, a small-group series focused on medicinal plant identification and outdoor wellness.

Participants will learn to identify local medicinal plants in their natural habitat and explore their characteristics, traditional uses, and plant family classification. Each walk is designed to provide practical knowledge, stress relief, and personalized attention in an intimate group setting.

This complimentary launch event offers an opportunity to experience Dr. Smith’s Hike Club and help shape future offerings focused on plant medicine education and guided outdoor experiences.

Focus: Learn to identify medicinal plants by family classification (one plant family per hike)
Duration: Approximately 2 hours
Hike difficulty: Moderate, 2–2.5 miles
